Are these courses and the tools market specific?
The courses are specifically designed for marketing, sales and customer experience professionals working for B2B industries. The tools and methods taught are industry and target market agnostic because they are outside-in focused on the buyer.

Who should attend these courses?
These are hands-on training programs are designed for managers and directors in marketing, sales, demand generation, sales enablement, product marketing, customer marketing, customer experience/advocacy, and corporate marketing. We encourage executives to attend with their staff. The hands-on in class exercises are great opportunities to build deeper relationships with your team, show support for the methods learned, as well as learn new perspectives and strategies for growth.

Participation is restricted to practitioners who are employed by B2B or B2B2C companies. These courses are closed to consultants. At check-in on the day of the course, you must present a business card and photo ID before being admitted into the classroom.

Where are the courses taught?
The courses are open to the public and taught in-person around the United States and Canada at conference facilities. Is there a registration cut-off date?
We recommend registering as soon as possible as seating is limited. We do not reserve seats out of courtesy to participants that are ready to register and pay. If a course is sold-out, you can be added to a wait-list.

Is there a limit to the number of students in public courses?
Yes, we limit each class to twenty (20) students. That ensures everyone receives personalized attention and one-on-one coaching.

How much do public courses cost?
Each course is $795 per person. If registering for two or more courses, there is a 10% discount (or $90 savings) per course.

What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are provided if you cancel your registration no later than ten (10) business days prior to the course date. Registrants canceling in less than ten (10) business days prior to the course start date will be charged $200 per course. If you are unable to attend, we welcome you to send a substitute to the course for which you registered. Registrants that do not show up for their registered course(s) on the day(s) it is being given will be charged the total fee. Registrants are not permitted to split courses by taking a half-day of the course on one day and the other half on a different day.

What time do courses begin and end?
Registration begins at 8:30am with the course beginning promptly at 9:00am each day and ending at 4:45pm.

Are meals provided during the course?
Coffee, water and sodas are available throughout the day and lunch will be provided.

Does my registration include hotel or lodging?
No, registrants are responsible for their travel and lodging. Complete hotel information for out of town registrants will be included in the registration email.

What course materials are provided with the class?
On the day of the course, each participant will receive a workbook of all the material needed for the in-class group and individual exercises. We recommend that registrants bring a notebook for note taking. Video cameras and recording of any form of the course is not permitted
